THE HISTORY
Mr. K L V Rama Rao is the chief promoter of Sterling Estates And Properties Limited. He graduated from Andhra University in the year 1982. After Graduation he moved to Chennal and started pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course. After finishing his article ship he made a humble beginning in life and started practicing as a tax consultant. The burning desire in him to grow and be an entrepreneur attracted him towards Construction industry. This eventually led to the formation of M/s. Sterling Estates & Properties Private Limited.M/s. Sterling Estates & Properties Private Limited has later become a public limited company and the Company had come out with a successful public issue during 1995. Since 1992, Mr. K L V Rama Rao has completed more than 32 medium and large residential projects. The Company has most of its projects in the prime Central Business District.

Mr. K.L.V. Rama Rao, a stalwart in the property development sector is a B.Com graduate from Andhra University and has decades of experience in construction field and accounts. A modest businessman having shrewd acumen, Mr. K L V Rama Rao identified the potential for residential apartments in the then suburbs like Velacherry and Urapakkam in the early 2000 itself when most of the other firms never even dared or dreamt of large residential projects in the suburbs of Chennai. The success story of these projects was a cue for many other builders who ventured into residential projects in the suburbs and bears a testimony of his business capabilities.

Dr. Satheesh Kumar Murugesh, a proud alumni of RVS College in Coimbatore is a sales operational excellence proponent with over two decades of experience in handling turnaround assignments. He sets the strategic direction for future initiatives and is in charge of the company's various strategic alliances and collaborations. He has over two decades of hands-on experience in branding, marketing, product development, business development, territory management, and exports in the real estate field (SPR city, sigaram group), Eagle group, Zimbabwe, and Telenor. He is deeply committed to the idea of fostering the growth of businesses through technology. He is focused on providing the projects with business intelligence solutions that can help them optimize business processes, improve the efficiency of operations and gain market insights, thus giving an edge over the business competitors.Satheesh possesses exceptional commercial acumen, which has fueled organisational growth by designing blends that are both cost competitive and exceed customer expectation
